The Fellows

Today is Thursday, July 14, the last day of aTi north for 2009. It as been a a very busy and full two weeks. We have spent many hours learning, exploring, creating, sharing, developing, growing, and meeting new people. The book arts course was once again a challenging, interesting , and fun way to start off the summer. Thank you Miriam for sharing all of your know how and wisdom with us. We had a great time with you each morning. As you can see from the photos the creative process was in full force. It was so exciting to see how each person developed a different approach to each process. I'm sure that each and every one of us will come away with many wonderful memories and great ideas to bring back to our students in September.

I spent my afternoons working with John and the other fellows developing the "Best Practices." We may have had a rocky start, but I feel that we have successfully achieved our goal. It has been a honor and pleasure to be part of this.

Tomorrow is presentation day. A time where we get to see and show off all of our creative endeavors. Best wishes to all the participants. Now is a time to relax, reflect, and enjoy the rest of our summer.
