Hey everyone, just introducing myself. My name is John Cloud Kaiser and I will be facilitating the upcoming two weeks of adventure and accomplishment. Each of you is coming with important personal experience and expertise. I believe we are going to be able to put together all of your wisdoms into a great final package. The package will be created in hard copy pamphlet form and on online sites and include:
-summeries of teaching goals and succesful approaches/best practices
-Lesson plans
-evaluations of those approaches and lesson plans using journals, video, photos, and
questionaires
-Approaches teachers and administrators can use to enrich the art programs in their school by
implementing these Best Practices in art education.
Of course you will all have other ideas as well on how to add even more dimentions to the program and we will get into those right on the first day of ATI.
I am a practicing NYC Artist and Educator. My work is shown at NYC museums regularly and I founded Free Style Arts Association in 1998, a NYC Arts Education Non-Profit.

Hi, John. I'm also looking forward to more. Today's workshop opened up many new possibilities (see my entry from today). I have even thought about some marketing ides for our finished project. I can run on when I'm excited, like today, but I'm usually a visual learner/thinker/worker. See you at aTi South!
