These sites are amazing. I feel like I need several hours a day to explore them and teaching is getting in the way. ulp.

Nope I didn't really mean that but I AM hungry to play and fine tune what I can use to get best practices surging forward. Maybe I should just make myself play for 15minutes each morning --learning about these possibilities and then choose what to spend more time on after tasting the buffet for a week or so. It IS a nice problem to have. grin.

Hi all; I found another art related blog worth checking out; it may have info we can share...
TechnologyInTheArts.org… I copied a few bits from the intro-

What is Technology in the Arts?

Technology in the Arts is a collection of services designed to help organizations build capacity and more effectively engage constituents. These services, developed by Carnegie Mellon’s Center for Arts Management and Technology, include:

Conferences - Connect with your colleagues at the intersection of art and technology

Monthly Podcast - Subscribe to our podcast for the latest tech tips, product reviews and arts profiles

Discussion-Based Blog - Learn about technology advancements and discuss the latest trends

Consulting - Align your technology tools with your mission and vision

Professional Development - Offer technology workshops and seminars to the artists and arts managers in your community

--Kandy is right! I can lose track of time in hours spent "surfing" around; there is SO much info out there; it's overwhelming to sift it all out! I'd like others to share interesting sites that may be of use. Thanks.
