I'm really looking forward to the end of the school year (June 30th for me!) and aTi; currently busy working on end of year reports and mundane details; can't wait to get together!
Treading water in a sea of paperwork myself plus all of the end of year "special events". I am done on the 26th. We WILL survive. Sometimes it just doesn't seem like it. (grin)
As I approach the end of my 24th school year I can not believe how the crazyness keeps growing. You would think that I would have this down packed by now. So tomarrow is my last day (June 22nd) and I look foward to some rest and me time, alonge with seeing all of you at aTi. So here is to making it through another creative school year, a wonderful summer, a fun & productive aTi experience, and success in all that we take on in 2009-10. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger! Sperad the collor, spread the joy!
Oh, how I relate to these comments!!! They describe my thoughts & feelings so much so that I'm just now finally forcing myself to make time to read & respond to things posted here--months later! You all know that preparing for my trip to Fiji for my Dodge teacher fellowship --on top of drowning in everyday teaching paperwork & preparing for & starting off this crucial current school year 2 wks. after returning--kept me swamped. Last night was the 1st time I had 8 full hrs. of sleep since school re-started;usual amount ranges from 3-5!
